We will spend the time getting to know you and your business and answer the phone when you call with questions. What you get with us is a partner, one whom you can rely on. Storage fees are broken down into two categories, bin storage and overstock. Bin storage is determined by how many unique SKUs you have and how large your products are. Overstock is assigned to shelves or pallet racks.. Shelf storage is charged by the cubic foot and pallet racks are charged by the pallet and are single SKU. We will always choose the cheaper of the two options for your overstock units.

Over 90% of shipments will be checked in and entered into inventory within 2 business days of receipt. You will be able to track the status of the inventory in real time.

We do not offer temperature controlled storage at this time. We may expand our facilities to include a new warehouse with cold storage at a later date.

Yes, by appointment. We will be happy to host you and give you the nickel tour of our facility. Sometimes there is pizza because everyone knows that Chicago is famous for pizza.

Absolutely! You can choose to receive order tracking links via email, or you can access them from your account portal at any time.

We have a variety of stock packaging for poly mailers, bubble mailers, and boxes. You will be able to select your preferred packaging type during onboarding. If you already have your own, we will be more than happy to use it for a small fee. Please note that storage fees may apply to your packaging, as it will occupy space in our warehouse.

Transit times vary depending on the shipping method used and how far the destination is from our warehouse which is located in the Greater Chicago area.

Growing your international presence is a very fulfilling experience. Obviously there are registration and VAT requirements you must adhere to. There are also country specific nuances that could make your experience difficult. We’ve been there and done that, and are ready to help.

Yeah, and you remember what happened the last time you used the cheapest mechanic. We decided to make a simple fee structure without hidden charges. What you see is what you get. All of our minor fees are bundled into our base service charges. Many other companies love to sneak in small fees and nickel and dime you to death after getting you to sign up. We do not agree with that business model.

We can help you design and source production for custom boxes, bubble mailers, poly mailers, and almost any other type of custom packing available. Please note that mass production requires a certain MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity). MOQ's are often several thousands of units produced per production run.

Your Kickstarter products can be stored in our warehouse, kitted as per your needs, and shipped in a timely manner when it's time to fulfill.

In a perfect world, all of your products would arrive already barcoded. However, we don't always live in a perfect world. We can barcode your inventory or assist you in any reasonable requests like kitting merchandise. We charge $50/hour for these types of custom projects and will give you a transparent estimate as to how much the project will cost.
